Triathlon Training Camp

Miss Multisport runs triathlon training camps exclusively for women and catering for beginner and first time triathletes.

Our training camps focus on three things: education, skills and fitness so that when you line up on race day you have the confidence that you can comfortably complete the event.

At Miss Multisport we strive to provide a friendly and inclusive environment where any woman feels like they can come and join in. There is no minimum fitness or standard you need to be to join in the camp. When we say that our training camps are for beginners and first time triathletes we mean it!

Sunshine Coast, Australia

For women only with a focus on beginner triathletes and those competing at Mooloolaba Triathlon.

$400 including:

  • Coaching and support of training sessions
  • Seminars
  • Morning tea on Saturday and lunch on Sunday
  • A Miss Multisport running singlet and cap

Camp Schedule


  • 9:00-11:00am
    Welcome and seminar session. Morning tea provided.
  • 1:00-2:30pm
    Swim technique and video analysis.
  • 4:00-5:00pm
    Run over Mooloolaba run course.


  • 6:00-8:00am
    Bike skills and ride over first part of Mooloolaba course.
  • 10:00-11:30am
    Ocean swim skills and swim over course.
  • 11:30-1:00pm
    Light lunch in Mooloolaba
  • 1:00-2:30pm
    Transition skills and strength/stretch session.

Throughout the weekend we will provide you with information on training, nutrition and race strategies. In addition our Saturday seminars will include presentations on:

  • Training Principles
  • Strength Training
  • Injury Prevention and Management
  • Nutrition and Diet


Our skill based sessions will not only make you faster but will improve your confidence whilst training and racing.

The skills and technique basis of the camp will cover the following:

  • Freestyle swimming technique including video feedback
  • Open water skills and techniques in surf conditions
  • Bike skills and pedaling technique
  • Transition skills including mounting and dismounting the bike


Not only will you feel empowered to complete your triathlon after this weekend but you will have the inside knowledge of all aspects of the Tri course.

We will be swimming, cycling and running over the course throughout the weekend so when it comes to race day you will be as prepared as possible.

Not only that but we will incorporate some strength and conditioning training to help you reach race day in your best possible shape.
