Online Triathlon Coaching

Personalised one on one coaching is a service I offer to a limited number of women only. This is to ensure I can provide a quality service to every athlete I coach as well as balancing my own time with my family. I specialise in working with women who have limited time and especially love coaching those new to triathlon, returning from pregnancy or injury.

For the busy mum this service can be a huge advantage in helping them achieve their goals and not have it negatively impact on the rest of their lives. Family, work and their overall health are all kept in balance while still wanting to perform in triathlon or running events.

Semi-Customised Training Programs

These 12 week training programs are perfect for women wanting help to train for an event but aren’t after one on one coaching. The programs are semi-customised meaning you are able to input your swimming, cycling and running ability plus your weekly availability and we’ll customise the program to suit you.

The programs are delivered within two business days of purchase and are a one off payment of $49. In addition to the program you will also receive access to articles with tips on all aspects of triathlon including nutrition, what to wear and more. Plus if you still have questions you can post them online in our private Miss Multisport group and I’ll personally answer them for you.
